Join us for 5 incredible weeks of yoga this September in the beauty of the Lake Wilderness Arboretum. We will soak in the evening sunshine and welcome in the fresh air of fall.

Perfect for both the beginner and advancing yogi. We will flow through each pose, offering multiple levels of intensity, ensuring everyone has an enjoyable practice that meets their individual needs. All skill levels welcome!
