Meet the Instructor
My name is Amy and I've been a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE since May 2016 and a Certified Nutrition Coach through NASM since October 2021.
Throughout my certification, I've taken a variety of continuing education credit classes including Sports Injuries, Strength Ball Training, Strong and Sculpted, Functional Training, Sports Nutrition, Senior Exercise Specialist, and I am TRX certified. I have taught multiple classes in the past including TRX, boxing, boot camp, ab lab, and subbed for rowing and spin on occasion.
The clients I enjoy working with the most are those who are dedicated to reaching their goals, and I love celebrating with them when they do (and I have amazing clients so we get to celebrate a lot!)
